The Playground of Repertoires

Tribute to Jeff Bucley
With his extraordinary voice, emotional depth, and the singular album Grace, Jeff Buckley created a timeless, cult masterpiece. His universe—between atmospheric rock, lyrical folk, and a touch of mysticism—continues to inspire. To pay tribute, a sensitive and imaginative quartet revisits his world. Blending poetic arrangements with improvisation, they merge jazz, rock, and folk into a bold and heartfelt homage.

Tribute to Radiohead
Radiohead, the quintessential British band of the ’90s, is a profound source of inspiration for Thomas Julienne. Through this project, he delves into the band’s unique atmospheres and sonic textures in collaboration with musicians from the Paris jazz scene. This jazz reinterpretation of Radiohead’s iconic tracks casts new light on their compositions, balancing deep respect for the original works with spontaneous, creative improvisation.

Tribute to Daft Punk
With his homage to Daft Punk, Thomas Julienne reinvents the legendary electronic duo’s universe by adapting it to an acoustic aesthetic. This project highlights the melodic and rhythmic richness of Daft Punk’s emblematic pieces, infusing them with the energy and interpretive freedom characteristic of jazz. Each performance offers a one-of-a-kind experience, where analog sounds intertwine with acoustic orchestrations.
